Services

Description of the services: Socio-labour insertion, guidance and advice for the employment of people at risk of social exclusion through the offer of different resources (labour guidance, labour intermediation, training for employment, etc.) to achieve their subsequent social and labour insertion aimed at the unemployed population between 16 and 59 years of age with scarce employability conditions, with emphasis on young people under 30 years of age, women and people of Roma ethnicity. Socio-educational care with children at risk of social exclusion and/or socio-educational needs from different disadvantaged areas of Jerez de la Frontera and Marbella. Innovative educational techniques to improve the academic performance of the children, development of social skills, values and conflict management attitudes, in coordination with the beneficiary families, providing them with tools and techniques that favour the improvement of the family climate. They also work in coordination with educational centres. Prevention of absenteeism and dropping out of school, using a participative methodology adapted to the characteristics of the children, where a dynamic and close pedagogy is carried out, aimed at the personal and educational development of the children. They accompany immigrant minors in their educational processes through family intervention. They offer comprehensive care to women at risk or social exclusion, with special emphasis on families, through an effective socio-educational intervention that promotes the empowerment of women within their families. Comprehensive shelter (accommodation and food) for young migrants or young people from the protection system or referred by different entities in Seville, in Jerez de la Frontera (Cadiz) and in Granada with the aim of completing the emancipation process of young migrants in vulnerable situations by means of comprehensive shelter resources to attend to their basic needs and accompany them in their process of social and labour insertion. They accompany immigrant women in situations of vulnerability in their social, labour, legal and gender dimensions, to achieve their full integration into society through education and training, appropriate to their profile and personal skills, to improve their employability. They intervene in those cases where situations of gender violence are detected. They offer employment opportunities to migrants and encourage them to stay in the workplace. Spanish classes and basic notions that enable them to use ICTs to find employment and to be able to contact their families in their countries of origin. Training actions on social and health care and individualised health accompaniment service for women. They attend to the basic and emergency social needs of families and users. They promote community participation.
