Description of the services: Shelter Flat: Since June 1998, they have been located very close to the Virgen del Rocío Hospital, where they welcome and provide support to the relatives of people who are in the ICU, either because they are waiting for a transplant or because they have already been transplanted. They promote family support by providing accommodation for relatives and carers of sick and transplanted people who are hospitalised. Hospital visits: They visit 3 times a week those patients admitted to the liver transplant ward, those on the waiting list and those already transplanted, in order to encourage and help them and their relatives as much as possible. Psychological support: This is offered to all those who are facing the difficult process of liver transplantation, including, in addition to the patient, family members and caregivers who also have to deal with this complicated stage.
