Description of the services: Outpatient care for adults with DCA ‘Rehacer’. Offers a comprehensive approach to the rehabilitation of people from 17 years of age with personalised care that focuses on the recovery and strengthening of the affected abilities. Areas of intervention: physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and neuropsychology. ​ Day centres specialised in DCA ‘Magina’ and ‘Dacea’. Offers quality care for people with ACD from 16 years of age. Specialised provincial care resource that includes adapted transport. Areas of intervention: physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, neuropsychology, sociocultural animation and basic care. Access through the resources of the Dependency Law with 40 places arranged with the Andalusian Regional Government. ​ Attention to minors and adolescents ‘Crecemos Juntos’ (‘Let's Grow Together’). Specific Attention Project aimed at minors and adolescents from 0 to 16 years of age, creating coordination and communication channels with educational teams. ​ Social Inclusion Area Promotes social inclusion as a driving force for change and encourages the active participation of people with ACD in the community environment. Support network for people with ACD, guided by the psychology area and support tools, guidance and information for adaptation to the process of ACD.
